720S Center Quad Exhaust Conversion Kit

McLaren 720S Center Quad Exhaust Conversion Kit transforms the factory rear look of the McLaren 720S with a more aggressive 765LT style appearance. The conversion kit was first unveiled in SEMA Show 2022 on the McLaren 720S Galaxy Carbon Fiber WIDEBODY car build. The project was done in collaboration with ZACOE Performance and Creative Bespoke. The idea behind this project was to replace a tame sounding factory exhaust, unleash sporty V8 soundtrack with a signature Fi EXHAUST frequency and achieve a new look in combination with the carbon fiber widebody. The exhaust was finished with custom matte black tips to match with the yelow-black color scheme of the build.

Please note that the OEM/factory rear bumper upper center requires cutting in order to complete the installation. In order to protect the carbon fiber rear bumper from direct heat exposure an aluminum panel is inserted between exhaust tips and the bumper. The aluminum insert is ceramic coated black to improve resistance to heat, wear and corrosion. The black surface achieves an aesthetically pleasing surface and the process guarantees that the color will be resistant to fading and negative effects of UV rays. The same protection against negative effects of UV rays has been applied to the carbon fiber rear bumper by applying a layer of protective clear coat.

The conversion kit was developed in collaboration with ZACOE Performance.

The Fi McLaren 720S Exhaust system is manufactured out of a high-grade T304 stainless steel and is designed with a valvetronic technology to control airflow, sound volume and enhance the overall performance and torque. On average horsepower is expected to increase from 5-10% after installing a full catless system, which includes a valvetronic catback and ultra-high flow downpipe.

The unique sound and performance for McLaren 720S Coupe / Spider is achieved through individually designed muffler internals that are fabricated to offer an ultimate driving experience.

This exhaust setup is offered in both valved and non-valved versions. Non-Valved version removes exhaust valves from the design to provide an unrestricted exhaust gas flow, reduce weight and produce maximum sound volume. However, the valved version integrates exhaust valves in the design allowing control of the sound volume.

2 valved exhaust versions are offered for the McLaren 720S. The first valved version is compatible with OEM valve motors retaining factory settings to operate the exhaust valve flaps. This version is available for the models, whose OEM/stock exhaust comes with valves. However, the second valved version is offered for those models without OEM valvetronic technology capabilities. This version can be used with the Fi remote control system to control the valves and regulate the soundtrack.

When valves are closed exhaust gasses are routed through the muffler resulting in a low-profile comfortable drive. However, when the valves are fully open an intense and sporty soundtrack is produced.
Switching between street and race sound profiles can be done using factory exhaust/sport button or drive mode, or optional Fi EXHAUST remote control and mobile App.
