Fi Ultimate Version Supra Exhaust Product Page
The A90 Supra's popularity extends beyond its iconic JDM heritage to its powerhouse BMW B58 engine, featuring a twin-turbo inline-six, delivering a factory 335 horsepower with significant aftermarket potential. Fi Exhaust's valvetronic performance exhaust system has consistently been a top-seller, satisfying hundreds of global Supra owners. However, a subset of Supra enthusiasts seeking increased horsepower and turbo boost presented a new challenge.
In response to feedback collected from Supra owners, Fi Exhaust's engineers collaborated to design the "Engineered for Performance" Ultimate version exhaust system. Let's delve into its impressive features.

What are the differences between Ultimate Power Version and Standard Version?
The expansion of the diameter leads to a significant improvement on the exhaust flow efficiency, the Ultimate Version's flow area is increased by 24% comparing to the Fi Standard Version Supra exhaust.
To meet the demands of owners aiming for higher horsepower and increased turbo boost, the Ultimate version exhaust system features expanded diameters throughout the entire pipeline. The maximum diameter of the downpipes has been increased from 101mm to 114mm, front pipes from 80mm to 89mm, and axle-back section from 63mm to 70mm. The expansion of the diameter leads to a significant improvement on the exhaust flow efficiency, the Ultimate Version’s (A1 = π * (D/2)^2) flow area is increased by 24% comparing to the Fi Standard Version (A2 = A1 = π * (D/2)^2) Supra exhaust. Beyond diameter expansion, the air flow path around the valve section underwent a redesign. The Ultimate Power Version muffler also has seen reduction in size and now air flow pathway when valves are open is more straight creating a more direct flow and allowing majority of the air flow to bypass the muffler for maximum performance enhancement.
Fi Exhaust's Supra 89mm Ultimate Version horsepower dyno results:
Stock ECU + Stock Exhaust: 328 whp
Stock ECU + Standard Fi Version catback & 200 cells downpipe: 367 whp / 56.32 kgm
Stock ECU + Ultimate Power Version catback & catless downpipe: 368 whp
BM3 stg2 + Standard Fi Version & 200 cells downpipe: 446 whp / 61 kgm
BM3 stg2 + Ultimate Power Version + 89mm catless downpipe: 464 whp / 59.87 kgm
Which version should I pick?
This Ultimate version Supra exhaust system is specifically tailored for owners with engine tuning capabilities. With the previously mentioned improvements, it not only fulfills the desire for increased turbo boost but also offers a perfect solution for higher horsepower emissions. Fi's independently designed exhaust system once again showcases its technical prowess in the performance modification realm, providing Supra owners with an even more exhilarating driving experience. Whether on mountain roads or the racetrack, the Ultimate version exhaust system becomes an indispensable tool for Supra owners, adding a more spirited dimension to the A90 Supra frenzy.
In summary, this exhaust system is primarily designed for Supra owners who have made multiple enhancements to their Supra's performance. The system is engineered to provide a larger diameter and smoother airflow, maximizing the upgraded power potential. For vehicles that have not undergone computer reprogramming, it is recommended to perform corresponding ECU tuning simultaneously to achieve optimal results.
